Our premium polo shirts use a 65% Egyptian long-staple cotton + 35% high-tenacity polyester blend, knitted in mercerised pique weave at 240 GSM. The cotton is combed and ring-spun to 40-count yarn for superior softness and tensile strength. All dyes are reactive, azo-free, and OEKO-TEX® certified.
MOQ starts at 50 pieces for polo shirts, round-neck tees, hoodies, and formal shirts. For caps and bags it's 100 pieces. Premium executive gift sets and welcome kits can be ordered from 25 units. Contact us for pricing on smaller pilot orders.
We support embroidery (up to 15,000 stitches), screen printing (up to 8 spot colours), heat transfer, sublimation printing, and laser engraving. For polo shirts, chest embroidery is the most popular — durable, premium-looking, and survives 80+ washes. We send artwork mockups for approval before production.
No. All our fabrics go through sanforization — mechanical compaction that pre-shrinks the fabric before cutting. Shrinkage after washing is less than 2%, well within industry standards. Care label instructions are included in every garment.
Yes, pre-production samples are available for all bulk orders above 200 pieces. The sample includes your actual logo embroidered/printed so you approve the exact final product. Sample courier charges are billed but fully adjusted against your final order invoice.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and advance payment. Rush orders can be done in 4–5 days at a 15% express surcharge. We deliver pan-India via insured courier with live tracking. Multi-location delivery available.
Yes. We are GST-registered and provide proper tax invoices. We assist with vendor registration on procurement portals, rate contracts, and PO-based ordering for large enterprises and government clients.
