Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Unused, non-customised items can be returned within the return window shown in your account after delivery. Custom-branded, made-to-order items are returnable only if defective or not as ordered.

How to request

Go to My Orders → Request Return, choose the items and your refund method (wallet credit or bank/UPI transfer).

Refunds

Wallet refunds are instant once approved. Bank/UPI refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval.
