1. Orders & Pricing

Prices shown are calculated live for your account, product variant and quantity. The price applied to each order line — including any quantity slab, customer-group, contract or promotional rule — is recorded on the order and shown on your invoice.

2. Quotations

A request for quotation does not create a contract of sale. A quotation becomes binding only when issued by our team and accepted by you within its validity period.

3. Minimum Order Quantities

Some products, variants and account types carry a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Orders below the applicable MOQ cannot be placed at that pricing.

4. Business Accounts

Corporate, wholesale, distributor and reseller accounts are subject to approval. Credit terms and purchase-order payments are available only to approved accounts and within the approved credit limit.

5. Payment & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock, customisation and destination. Custom-branded orders start production after artwork approval.

6. Returns

See our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-branded, made-to-order items are not returnable unless defective.
